NEOFECT accepts the following methods of payment:

NEOFECT provides worldwide shipping.
Shipping to Asia: 7-10 business days
Shipping to Europe : 7-10 business days
Shipping to America : 7-10 business days
* The shipping duration may vary depending on circumstances of carrier and public holidays.

Shipping Fee
1.International shipping is different depending on the delivery country and parcel’s weight.
2.To keep you as one of our most valued customers, however, NEOFECT charge USD 30 per purchasing unit for shipping regardless of destination.
3.Import duties and taxes are excluded from the total price whilst the amount varies depending on quantity, price, and country.

Import duty and Tax
For overseas shipping, we operate on DAP(Delivered At Place) basis. This means that customers are responsible for any outstanding import taxes, clearance fees or any other additional charges which are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. In this case, the shipping company will inform you by telephone or email.

Please be aware that if you refuse to pay the imposed taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by NEOFECT back to you. (Total of USD 30 will be deducted from the original payment amount for return shipping fee. )

Shipping Address Amendments
If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by
email (hyang@neofect.com).
However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.

Return And Exchange
• Product can only be return within 7 days from the day of reception.
• Product must be in their unused original condition along with any related accessories included. Where an product is supplied with protective tape, it should remain intact as well as the screen.

2. On receipt of a return, we will check its condition then process the full refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made by the payment system (Paypal) within 7 business days.

* The shipping fee for return must be paid in advance from the customer’s end. Please note that parcels returned to NEOFECT with cash on arrival without notification in advance will be sent back.
Exchange
Currently order cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 7 days from the day of reception then replace an order.

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by
email (hyang@neofect.com).
However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.
If Your Order Has Been Shipped
For refund or exchange, please return your order to us within 7 days from the day of reception.

Warranty Service
• Faulty products are covered by warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
However, repair service could either be charged or limited if:
– the warranty has expired.
– the damage is caused by users’ negligence or improper use.
– you don’t have the receipt, or proper evidence of purchase.
– any problem arises from not getting repaired at NEOFCT Product Service Department.
• For any other request, you may get compensation according to Consumers Rights Law’s dispute solutions.

Repair Procedure
NEOFECT provides repair service for the product purchased at official offline dealer, authorized stockists, and shop.neofect.com.

Repair Duration
We inform you the procedure by email, so please make sure you insert a correct email address and also the process may get delayed depending on current stock of component and other schedules.

You are responsible for the round trip of shipping fees.

All matters arising from or related to the transactions between NEOFECT and its valued customers shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Republic of Korea where NEOFECT headquarter is located.
